REVIEW:I loved it.I literally can't get over it. They did a great job in explaining the concept of parallel universes.In beginning it is going to be little confusing even I was like that "WTH" is going on🤔but if you keep watching you will eventually understand the drama.I felt like I was in the Alice in the wonderland. It keeps raising curiosity of the viewers.Watching Lee gon riding on his horse was the most dashing scene.It was so fun to watch when Lee gon opened the doors of other universe & when he crossed the universe.It has some hilarious scenes  that will make you laugh out so hard & when you once start watching it will keep you stick from the beginning to the end ( credit goes to the leads, the writer who wrote this amazing story & the director✌).I am planning to watch it again.The fried chicken 😋😋 my mouth got watery while watching it.When Lee gon took Jung tae eul to his world that scene 😍😍...
The director was so clever in putting lots of small hints this will make you to watch the drama again.I watched the drama when it was on air & literally it was hard to watch only two episodes once a week just imagine that how much the drama was interesting that it was so hard to wait for the next episodes haha✌😁💘...
It broke my heart when Jung tae eul  was waiting for Lee gon💔.Lee gon & Jung tae eul enjoyed every moment with each other even though they know their eternity & the most satisfying  scene of the drama was then when Lee gon announced Jung tae eul as his FUTURE QUEEN.This is the masterpiece for me.I loved the architectural work of the drama & the editing was great.I liked the character of Eun seob so much his care for his siblings & his childish behaviour & when he risked his life in order to protect the King Lee gon that was so touching😍😍.When there was only one episode left I couldn't sleep the whole night I was so curious about the ending.The ending was so satisfying & Lee gon literally opened all doors of universe it was a happy satisfying ending.This drama is a mixture of suspense,mystery & taste of friendship...So you should all watch The king:Eternal Monarch.I highly suggest this drama & you are gonna love it.

I especially loved the scene when eon seob met his doppelganger. Wo do hwan has done a fantastic job with both of his characters 💜💜
And ofcourse Lee minho is as always such a sweetheart 💝
