Review:

I started watching Hwarang because of the actors (as my all favourite actors acted in it...).And it became the top of the list for anticipated drama.The actors did a great job in explaining and expressing their characters.What made me love this drama so much was the fact that the friendship between characters was so well portrayed and played the vital role throughout the whole series.In the first two episodes,you will find it very heartbreaking but interesting.But after watching some more episodes,there will be some hilarious but funny,some fearing but satisfying scenes that will raise your curiosity and your interest.That happened with me too!!!!.Yeah,after watching every single episode I found myself so into it and I couldn't sleep whole night without finishing it just imagine that how the drama was interesting that it made me to complete it in only two days haha💘😁.......

The character of Sun Woo (Park Seo Joon) was very mysterious.No doubt, he was bold enough to do something out of his way.I loved his character from the start like he was always ready to sacrifice his life in order to protect his dear ones.You will figure it out when you will watch the drama and you will eventually understand that what I am trying to saying!!!I am out of words to describe his character(as it was so unpredictable,satisfying,mysterious,sweet and pure).When he did horse riding I literally died inside he was looking so cool and dashing !!!!

Park Hyung Sik acting as a faceless king trying to come into his own.I couldn't hate him for being the reason behind Sun Woo's death (the real one).And you will figure it out yourself once you start watching it....

And finally our Ah Ro (Go Ah Ra).I loved her expressions when she was telling the story or something like that and that's why I would like to give her the title ''Expression Queen'' hehe...I really loved that scene when she used acupuncture to freeze Ji Dwi's movements and threaded him directly its just a warning if he did it again she would revenge on his manhood lolx....It was so fun to watch.Whenever I recall that scene I still burst into laughter!!!

Anyways,Hwarang was such a wonderful historical!I was surprised at just how much I thoroughly enjoyed it.It has everything that should be in historical.The story developed so nicely with great pacing from start to finish with a wonderful balance of lighthearted humor,romance,political and scheming,action and angsty goodness.There are so many wonderful supporting characters in it.The drama did so well at developing these characters and giving them meaningful stories....

It never got boring or slow.Each episode was well written and often gave me smile or laugh.I loved all of the hwarang boys and thoroughly enjoyed their relationships with each other.I literally loved the character of Park Ban Ryu (Do Ji Han) like his father tried to made him do the bad things but still he chose the right path.And whenever he smiled, that scene......that scene.....the butterflies started flying in my stomach (just with his smile!!!!)...He did a great job in maintaining his character.Some of the memorable relationships in this drama include the tense but cute relationship between Ban Ryu (Do Ji Han) and Soo Ho (Choi Min Ho), a lovely Weo Wool (Jo Yoon Woo) and adorable Han Sung (Kim Taehyung or also known as V of BTS...Yeahhh BTS!!!!!).Our adorable Taehyung acting...... was the cherry on top in this drama...

It is a very fun watch but you also have to prepare some tissues

So,the spoilers alert:

The character of Han Sung (Kim Taehyung) was so cute..He was so happy when Sun Woo told him that he would walk with him but...........but.....he couldn't because he sacrificed his life while saving Sun Woo.He died by his own brother's hand.That scene was very hard for me to watch!!!

The OSTs were great.The songs really set the tone and helped move things along.Overall,Hwarang is thoroughly enjoyable.It was just my kind of drama all around.The way that all the supporting characters were balanced was just amazing.I loved the architectural work.Well,the actors did a great job.It made me laugh but at some point it almost made me cry.However,watching this drama was the best decision as it was so awesome.I highly suggest this drama I bet that after watching only one episode you will find yourself so into it.
